Dear Customers,
We will install Windows Updates on ASN-DEN-HV1 that requires a reboot of our Hyper-V node to apply some critical changes delivered by these updates. The maintenance window detail is as below:
Date: 28th Feb 2011
Time: 3:00 - 3:30 AM (GST)
Maintenance Window: 30 minutes with 2 outages of 5-10 minutes
Customer Impact: All VPS' on this node will go to 'saved' mode to insure to unsaved work/data will be lost but your VPS will not be accessible during the outage specified above.
As always, our support desk and phone lines will be available during the maintenance to answer your inquiries.
We'll update the status of this task accordingly.
